Senior IT Network Technical Lead

Our Investment Bank client is looking for a high calibre to join their Regional Network Services team as Senior Technical Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure, high‑performance enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/MAN/MPLS/VPN/VXLAN/ACI/cloud) across 21 global locations.
  
• Gather and translate business and application requirements into practical network solutions, collaborating with security and risk teams.
  
• Perform network modelling, capacity and performance planning, and maintain HLD/LLD, diagrams and procedures.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on procurement and solution delivery, staying current on network and cloud trends.
  
• Deliver multiple concurrent network projects end‑to‑end and assist operations with complex issues and lifecycle management under ITSM.
  

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
  
• 10+ years’ enterprise network design and implementation experience, ideally in finance.
  
• Deep knowledge of LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN, AWS/Azure networking, Cisco ACI, micro‑segmentation, wireless, VPN, IPS, WAF and load balancing.
  
• Strong operations/ITIL background, analytical and decision‑making skills, and excellent English communication.
  
• Cantonese/Mandarin, CCIE and Azure/AWS certifications are advantageous.
